Edinburgh's Christmas markets have been revealed as the most popular in Europe according to a new TikTok study.
New research, conducted by car rental website DiscoverCars.com, has revealed the most popular Christmas markets according to TikTok hashtags. Edinburgh's iconic markets topped the list, with the hashtag #EdinburghChristmasMarket received a total of 3.3 million views on the platform. Following in second place on the list is the Strasbourg Christmas market in France, with the event's hashtag receiving 526,800 views on the social media platform. Among the market's highlights are activities including a Christmas walk and light displays.
