It's been almost a decade since these images were taken
school capture what it looked like in some of its final moments before demolition. The school holidays are almost over and many this week with be receiving their GCSE results before starting a new chapter in their lives.
Taken by urban explorer Toc 66, you can see everything from inside the derelict school from empty classrooms to decaying furniture, abandoned desks and even a pair of shoes left behind. Holly Lodge House, which was a 1920s mansion on the site of the former Holly Lodge School, was demolished to make way for new homes eight years ago.
English Heritage had previously inspected the building but decided that it had lost too many original features to be considered historically significant.
