Splend CEO Chris King says that Australia’s electric vehicle uptake is rapidly gaining momentum.
“Significant momentum and l would characterise where Australia was 12-18 months ago as one of the slowest out from an EV uptake perspective,” Mr King told Sky News Australia.Mr King adds that while Australia initially lagged behind, it is now catching up quickly, making the future of EVs in the country exciting as they accelerate and compete with markets like the US and the UK.
