Elon Musk and fellow American entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy were recently appointed by Donald Trump to lead a made-up 'Department of Government Efficiency' in the US.
While not an actual department and not officially government employees, their primary goal is to drastically reduce the size of the US Federal Government through executive actions.
