Elon Musk reportedly spoke with Vladimir Putin before tweeting out his plan to resolve the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
The billionaire had posted four key points that he claimed could help bring the war in Ukraine to an end.Musk also called for water supplies to Crimea to be assured while Ukraine itself remains neutral.
