Elon Musk 'will mount second takeover bid for Twitter in 10 days'
Tesla chief Elon Musk, 50, hasn't given up on his desire to own the social media platform. He's partnered with Morgan Stanley who will raise $10 billion for the bid. Musk plans to make an offer in 10 days. He could also borrow against his existing stock in the company, which is 9.1 percent. Musk owns the second biggest share in the company at 9.
