The home sold for a Freshwater record.The sale is a spot of good news for Gilchrist who last month stepped down from being CEO of the F45 company and watched share prices in the global franchise plummet.
After Gilchrist stepped down as CEO, Deutsch said on social media that F45 was plagued by “enormous issues”. When the four-bedroom house came to market at the end of July agent Michael Clarke said the house represented Freshwater at its best. There are sandstone walls, terrazzo flooring and wide timber floorboards. An internal lift serves all levels, there are living rooms on every floor and lots of outdoor areas including a covered northeast facing entertaining area with barbecue and several balconies upstairs.The first floor has most of the living accommodation including a 7m long family room, a dining room with giant retractable windows and a Corian kitchen with butler’s pantry, induction cooktop and breakfast bar.
