A cyclist has been hit by a HGV in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to the Broomielaw, near the Casino, at around 10.10am following a serious crash involving a cyclist and a HGV.Traffic cops have also arrived and it is believed an investigation into the incident has now been launched.Emergency services are still in attendance and the road remains closed between Oswald Street and York Street.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said:"At 10.09am on Friday, 27 January, Operations Control mobilised three appliances and specialist resources to assist emergency service partners at an incident at Broomielaw, Glasgow, where crews remain in attendance." Officers are currently in attendance following a serious crash on Broomielaw, near the Casino, which police were called to at 10.10am on Friday, 27 January, 2023.
The crash involved a cyclist and a HGV. Emergency services remain at the scene and the road is currently closed.
