But General Frewen said one size won’t fit all states and territories, in a sign jurisdictions may take different approaches. NSW had been working to open Pfizer vaccines up to everyone over 18 next, while Tasmania, the ACT and WA have already opened up Pfizer bookings for 30 to 39-year-olds. Right now, supply remains an issue. To date, 12.8 million vaccines have been administered across the country, and just under 4.2 million people are fully immunised.
