Embattled payments provider EML Payments shares hit fresh lows after its chief executive resigned.
EML Payments boss Tom Cregan has resigned and director Emma Shand has been appointed chief executive as the the embattled company focuses on its European operations.
“Importantly, she has a very impressive track record initiating and overseeing complex, transformational change,” Mr Martin said. It questioned the number and background of PFS board directors, the board’s governance methodology and processes, and the controls and responsibilities of EML’s compliance leadership.
