Many have said they 'can't watch'
Eden Taylor-Draper has played Belle King, nee Dingle, in the long-running ITV soap since 2005. Over the years Belle has had plenty of heartbreak, but she thought she had found some happiness in her relationship with Tom King.
In an uncomfortable to watch argument, Tom shredded Belle's feelings after criticising her life choices before his temper explodes into an irreversible act. And fans fear things are going to get worse for Belle. One person wrote: "How long is this going to run Emmerdale? I am struggling to watch this, in fact now muting when Belle and Tom come on."
A third added: "This is such a cruel storyline especially with Belle’s past, totally unnecessary." A fourth commented: "Get rid of this hopeless character!"
