Emmerdale star Bhasker Patel, who portrayed Rishi Sharma on the soap for 12 years, looked completely unrecognisable in a new photograph with fellow soap star Liam Fox
Emmerdale star Bhasker Patel looks worlds away from his Emmerdale days in a new photograph. The actor portrayed Rishi Sharma in the ITV soap for 12 years, until the character was sadly killed off in 2023 in a gruesome storyline.
"First day of rehearsals for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on Tour tomorrow, being looked after in London for the duration by my mucka Bhasker Patel… can’t wait to start and catch up with Jenny Gayner the pigeon lady! Exciting times ahead," Liam penned with a row of heart emojis. "Wow that is a brilliant and terrific photo of you and Bhasker Patel there mate. Nice," a second person said. A third penned: "Break a leg mate!"
It's since been revealed that he wasn't alone when he died, with Rishi's brother Amit being at Holdgate Farm on the day of his passing. Jai and Suni Sharma became suspicious upon finding this out, yet Amit has managed to convince them he had nothing to do with Rishi's death.
