Emmerdale's Tom actor James Chase hints at romance with childhood sweetheart Belle
Emmerdale star James Chase has given fans some hints towards a romance brewing between his character Tom King Jr and Belle Dingle as the pair prepare for "very raw emotions" with their reunion.
Tom's exit saw him flee the village after landing himself in trouble while he was dating Belle, who had planned to run away with him, but he decided to go alone. "Even though there was a lot of drama going on at the time, Belle was a shining star for him — the main person he can remember who gave him hope and love."
"He shocks his uncle Jimmy when he returns to the village and it’s not clear why he’s back," they said.
