The House has to decide whether it will approve the changes the Senate made, or work out any differences in a conference committee consisting of lawmakers from both chambers.Huston said"you can count on it," when asked if lawmakers would pass House Bill 1001 by the March 4 expiration of Holcomb's current emergency declaration.
