Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced a suite of measures to address rising power bills, which were agreed upon at National Cabinet, and parliament will be recalled to pass the legislation. “I suspect this is going to be used as a springboard by this government moving forward to demonstrate that they can actually tackle these sorts of pressures head-on,” Dr Ghazarian told Sky News Australia.
