A photo of a handmade reserved note taped to a public picnic table at a popular beach on Sydney’s lower north shore has sparked outrage for showing gross “entitlement”.
The note which read “reserved 31/8 from 1pm” in bold letters was found fixed to a table at Balmoral Beach in Mosman , eight kilometres north-east of the CBD, over the weekend.
“Really? Love to know where you place the official booking. Both tables ‘reserved’,” said one person. "Council does not take bookings for picnic tables or promote reserving them," a Mosman Council spokesperson told SkyNews.com.au.
