Entrepreneur uses interest in Barbie to expose young girls to STEM
Kristen Wells-Lewis is the Founder & Lead Creative Chemist of Black to the Lab, an educational learning toy that exposes young Black girls to science, technology, engineering, and math
through hands-on experimental activity kits. This weekend she is hosting an event called"In the Lab with Barbie and Black to the Lab," where young girls will be able to learn how cosmetics are made.
