Update: strong flows in Stony Creek have removed the spill of bright green dye at Cruikshank Park, Yarraville. Onsite testing by EPA officers identified the dye as fluorescein, a non-toxic dye used by plumbers to test connections.This was confirmed in an update on Sunday, with the EPA also declaring that the creek was back to normal .
