The European Commission has unveiled a list of $20 billion of U.S. imports that it could hit with tariffs in the latest move in a transatlantic row over subsidies for Boeing aircraft by _IainMartin

The tariffs would impact American helicopters, ketchup and fruit juices and comes after the U.S. proposed $11 billion of tariffs earlier in April over EU subsidies for Airbus.
