Love Island is coming back to TV screens, and millions of viewers are set to fall for - or loathe - the new crop of would-be lovers. At the helm of the programme once more is Maya Jama .
She told the Guardian in 2017 about her feelings when he was released: " I can see it’s not as simple as I hoped: I’m left thinking that either he is just bad, or there are things I don’t know about him and may never know.” "Bad things happen, but you’ve got to try to make good things out of that tough situation. That’s what it taught me.”
