Two former WA police officers are fined after pleading guilty to assaulting a man they were arresting in Fremantle.
He was found guilty and fined $1,500.
Speaking after today's hearing, Trenberth said he was confronted with an"extremely difficult situation". "I delivered the punches, there was no injury alleged, there was no injury to the male. They were distractionary techniques of little force.
