Some of the 11 explosive devices found along a 1km stretch of footpaths in north-west Canberra were already detonated prior to being found, and some have been detonated by police.ACT police say they have found four more pipe bombs in the Belconnen area, after eleven were discovered close to Lake Ginninderra over the previous two days.
