While Max Verstappen’s complaints about being targeted by the stewards seem questionable, F1 commentator Martin Brundle agrees the Red Bull driver has been unlucky in this year’s title fight.
After flat-spotting his mediums, on which he drove his first flying lap in Q2, Verstappen came back out on the softs and went quicker ensuring they would be used at the start of the race. “But, on the other hand, there could be quite some degradation. So the truth is, I don’t know what the plan is and we don’t know what the outcome is going to be.
