Tell us a little bit about it chef Ollie.

They filed a detailed plan of their movements with the Israeli military but a delay getting approval meant the convoy set off towards their warehouse after dark.The co-ordinating authority, the CLA, tried to reach the WCK workers by phone but a communication failure meant not everyone watching knew Zomi and her colleagues were in the convoy.IDF Brigade staff now believe they were watching Hamas hijack the aid.

MAL FRANKCOM: I think after my mum passed away, our mum passed away in 2001, that brought us together a lot. The grief of that happening was pretty big. SARAH FERGUSON: Did she talk to you about the likelihood of her going to, or the possibility of her going to Gaza? They called again five minutes later, and they said, they asked me who I was, they said that "You are the next of kin contact for Zomi Frankcom", I said, "Yes. They said "We have had reports she has been involved in an incident in Gaza, we are trying to verify those details, and you might hear her name in the news, in the media, but we just want to let you know that we are investigating it as a priority".

SARAH FERGUSON: At that time, the IDF made some decisions about the personnel, two officers were dismissed, I think three were formally reprimanded. Were you satisfied with those decisions?
