It's prompted more urgent calls for Prime Minister Scott Morrison to send a search crew to look for the 40 missing seafarers, including Australians Lukas Orda and Will Mainprize. William Mainprize and Lukas Orda have not been found after their ship went down off the coast of Japan..Lukas' wife, Emma, posted an emotional video with the couple's son saying, "I beg you to help us keep the search going".
Lukas' parents have sought advice from a New Zealand maritime expert who told them the Japanese coastguard could have been looking in the wrong area."We have received maps of the search conducted and also maps predicting where they may have been at the time and are potentially now," they said.
