A Queensland family has disappeared deep in the NSW outback on a long-distance trip across three states. 9News
NSW Police said 27-year-old Darian Aspinall was travelling with her children Winter Bellamy, two, and Koda Bellamy, four, and the girls' grandmother, 50-year-old Leah Gooding.
They left Noccundra Hotel on Warry Gate Road in Queensland between 12.30pm and 3pm on Sunday and were headed for Packsaddle in remote Far West NSW on what police were told was a trip to Adelaide. NSW Police said 27-year-old Darian Aspinall was travelling with her children Winter Bellamy, two; and Koda Bellamy, four; and the girls' grandmother, 50-year-old Leah Gooding when they went missing in the NSW outback.
They were reported missing when they didn't arrive and couldn't be contacted, sparking a police investigation.All four travellers were described as Caucasian in appearance. Darian has dark brown hair, tattoos on her right arm and wears glasses and the children have brown hair and blue eyes, police say.
They sent a geo-targeted text message to people in Packsaddle, Tibooburra, Broken Hill and surrounding areas.
