The family of a missing Celtic fan who vanished in Lanzarote have shared CCTV footage which appears to show him with another man before he vanished. Gary Watson Shearer from Renfrew, disappeared just hours after he arrived in the country alone to celebrate St Patrick's Day on March 17.
In a post on the page, his family wrote: "The Civil Guard has requested citizen collaboration to try to locate a possible witness to the disappearance of a Gary in Lanzarote. The Organic Unit of the Judicial Police of the Las Palmas Command has maintained an ongoing investigation to clarify the disappearance of Gary James Watson, a British citizen who has not been heard from since March 17.
Darcie Shearer, Gary's niece, previously told the Record that the family were contacted by police on August 4 about the sighting but were unable to share the footage at the time.
