The Luzerne County District Attorney has ruled that a deadly Easter morning shooting in Wilkes-Barre was justified, according to news sources. The incident happened at about 1 a.m. April 9, when a man left the Aqua Restaurant and Lounge along the 300 block of South Main Street after getting into a physical altercation there. While followed by four people, the man walked to a nearby car, grabbed a gun, and walked back to the lounge.
