The 32-year-old Mt Druitt man, who was known to police, appeared to have sustained two gunshot wounds.

Photo: Kate Geraghty Whyte said the man was known to police, and that investigators had taken possession of the blue car, but would not say whether the second man had been identified.
Police were unable to speak to the victim before he died and are currently working to identify the scene of the shooting. Detectives are appealing for help from the public to determine the circumstances around the incident.
