Tight end A.J. Barner from Indiana will strengthen an already-deep group there.
On paper, Michigan, coming off of consecutive seasons as Big Ten kings, is also now recruiting better than ever under Harbaugh. According to 247Sports Composite, the Wolverines have the No. 2 class in the country, trailing only Georgia. Recent additions ofand top-100 prospect — Jordan Marshall, an RB from Ohio for whom Harbaugh beat the Buckeyes — have only added to the buzz. That won’t affect this 2023 team, but it too makes for an interesting subplot.
