She said that, if not for some bins on the side of the road, the situation could have been a lot worse.
"There was a little boy who was walking on the street with his parents, and thankfully there were bins on the street in front of the store and he hit that first. "If it wasn't for those bins, the child would have been hurt. It was just shocking - it could have been a major fatality.She said that the driver was taken into custody, leaving the car behind.
