An industry leader in TaaS based in Bedfordview is seeking Field Support Engineer to ensure the seamless delivery and maintenance. This position will be responsible for providing on-site technical support , troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our time synchronisation systems.
Provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring the installation, configuration, and maintenance of time synchronisation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to time services, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal operation of time services.Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of time synchronization equipment and software. Document all service activities, including installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in time synchronization technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in all service activities.Proven experience in a field support or technical support role, preferably in telecommunications, networking, or time synchronization systems. Strong understanding of time synchronisation protocols and related technologies id beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.Knowledge of advanced timekeeping systems and their applications in various industries.
