Luis Rubiales has been banned by FIFA for three years for kissing Spanish star Jennifer Hermoso without her consent during the medal ceremony of the FIFA Women's World Cup.
Rubiales has been under intense scrutiny since he hugged, picked up and kissed Spanish star Jennifer Hermoso after Spain defeated England 1-0 in Sydney.

Hermoso filed a legal complaint and in September a Madrid court slapped a restraining order on Rubiales which prohibits him from communicating with or coming within 200 metres of the footballer. “I respect everybody all educated opinions what I don’t respect opinions of people who twist the truth my mum is in this, my dad, my kids have been insulted. This has been a snowball created by spurious arguments and people,” he said.
