“I started out my career with Reach in field sales and I began working in the company's digital sector when it was only in its infancy. We had just started to get products out and run campaigns, so much has changed since then", says Alison. And what difficulties has she overcome since starting out her career with Reach? She commented: "One of the biggest challenges to my role and also a big achievement for our department occurred during the Covid-19 crisis and after the pandemic, due to us building a hybrid training system.
"In some sales environments, it’s very quick and fast and move on, whereas here we’re very into that consultative approach and that’s one of our strengths, the fact that we care about each other and the outcome.
