After one of the wettest years on record, fire crews conducted a hazard reduction burn.
The blaze escaped a containment line at about 5pm and started burning in bushland outside of the designated area.While there is plenty of smoke in the area, homes are currently not under threat.There are fears this could be one of the worst grass fire seasons, with rain delaying necessary preparation work.for the latest information on fires in New South Wales.
