Five fire engines were dispatched to the scene
Fire crews raced to Sauchiehall Street this afternoon in response to an alarm at the Glasgow Dental Hospital and School.
A total of five fire engines were in attendance at the scene in Glasgow city centre shortly after 12pm.It was later determined that the incident was a false alarm. Scottish Fire and Rescue Service workers left the scene at around 12:20pm as people returned to the building.
