A firefighter has been transported to the hospital after the firefighter was injured while working to put out a multi-structure building fire on Houston’s south side Wednesday, officials said.
Officials with the Houston Fire Department were called to a fire in the 2800 block of Palm Street around 3:15 a.m.
When HFD arrived at the scene, multiple structures were on fire and some structures had even collapsed, investigators said. Officials said one firefighter was injured due to the collapse. That firefighter was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition, investigators said.This is a developing story. Check back here for more updates.
