A long-awaited bushfire response report has praised the efforts of South Australia's firefighters in battling the state's worst-ever blaze crisis but also highlighted crucial mistakes that were made, prompting a $20 million funding boost. 9News

Experts agreed in the review released today that the bushfires that scorched South Australia at the beginning of the year were the worst bushfire conditions the state has ever faced.
