BREAKING: Two people were injured in the crash on Sunday evening
A person was rescued from a vehicle following a road traffic collision in Poulton-le-Fylde on Sunday evening. Firefighters used equipment to free the individual after the two-vehicle crash on Mains Lane in the Singleton area.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene at around 9pm. Firefighters used holmatro cutters and spreaders to rescue one person from a vehicle, and worked to make the scene safe before leaving two casualties in the care of North West Ambulance. Crews were in attendance for approximately 30 minutes."
