A rare, never-opened first-generation 2007 iPhone hopes to fetch about $50,000 at auction.
The 8 GB phone was a gift to cosmetic tattoo artist Karen Green, who has never broken the seal, for her work on the daytime show Doctor & The Diva, according to a report.Initially sold for $599, the phone was valued at about $5,000 when it was gifted to Green in 2019.
Described as an"Original 2007 Apple iPhone Factory Sealed ," Green's gift is highlighting an online auction by LCG Auctions, with bidding starting at $2,500.
