Chris Kanizi, who runs the Golden Chippy in Greenwich, was ordered to destroy the art work, which sees the fish enjoying a bag of chips. Next to the painting is the slogan: ‘A great British meal.’ But Greenwich council do not seem to appreciate the artwork, and insisted the white wall it was painted on was a ‘local conservation area’.
