Florida man dives into ocean to save ring during fumbled proposal

His love knows no depth.

Clyne managed to retrieve the ring and still went through with the proposal to which Tucker did agree to marry him.Clyne said that the reason the ring fell was due to it getting caught at the top of his shorts pocket.

“I had the ring in my back pocket and when I went to reach for it, the corner of the ring box got caught on the top of my pocket and slipped out of my hands,” Clyne told the Post. “I didn’t hesitate to jump in because I envisioned it sinking quickly and I wasn’t taking a chance. I saw it bounce off the deck and hit the water and thankfully it floated for a split second, giving me the chance to grab it as I dove in,” continued Clyne.“I had the ring in my back pocket and when I went to reach for it, the corner of the ring box got caught on the top of my pocket and slipped out of my hands,” Clyne told the Post.
