Barnaby said immigrants being transported to states after crossing the Mexican border illegally “is nothing short of an invasion.” Immigration has been a main talking point for Republicans attacking Biden, whose approval has dipped as the GOP seeks to take back the U.S. House during the 2022 midterm elections.
