Florida woman accused of killing husband in a DUI crash at the foot of their driveway while they were looking for their lost dog, according to Palm Bay police.

A 70-year-old Florida woman allegedly backed over and killed her own husband before driving around the neighborhood shouting for their lost dog to come back, according to police in Palm Bay. Neighbors called 911 to report seeing the husband, Gregory Gore, lying at the foot of his driveway bleeding from the head, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. Responding officers reported the 'strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating' from Sally Gore's breath.

According to a probable cause affidavit, she told police in slurred speech that she and her husband had returned from dinner at a Beef O'Brady's restaurant when they saw their front gate open. She allegedly told police she had two glasses of wine. They believed their dog, which has a history of escaping the yard, had gotten out once again, according to the affidavit. The couple decided to split up – with Gregory searching on foot and Sally in their Honda Ridgeline.
