Executive director Terresa Strohan said she’s excited for the return of the annual three-day festival.
Running Thursday to Saturday at venues around town, the festival will have similarities to previous years, but there are some changes as well.Photo by Matt Olson / Saskatoon StarPhoenThis year, there will be 10 full pavilions that will include the three elements of cultural performances, displays and food.
