Two soccer fans have suffered third-degree burns after being struck by a flare at Melbourne's Federation Square during the Socceroo's match with Argentina on Sunday morning.
Sam, 19, told Nine's radio station 3AW that his "skin was bubbling" after being struck on the arm by the flare after Australia scored a goal.Sam said his friend was also injured by a flare.
