Video footage has emerged of the moment three Australian stars and England captain Joe Root were moved on by police following an all-night Ashes drinking session.
Nathan Lyon, Travis Head, Alex Carey and Root, as well as a man and a woman, were surrounded by four police officers and three hotel employees at about 6am on Monday morning.The incident took place at Crowne Plaza Hobart approximately eight hours after Australia wrapped up a 4-0 series win over England.A police officer said the group was “too loud” and had been asked to pack up.
