Close to a thousand people gathered on George Square to pay their respects to Brianna Ghey
Hundreds of Glasgow residents have attended a candlelit vigil for transgender teen Brianna Ghey in the city centre tonight.
Speaking to Glasgow Live previously, one of the vigil's organisers, Gemma, said: "I think this vigil is important for many reasons. "We want to provide comfort to a grieving family but we also want other trans kids and their families to know that they aren't hated, there are so many people on their side that want them to live freely and not be afraid."
