Footage has been released of the moment a Spanish athlete emerged from a cave after living there for 500 days.
50-year-old Beatriz Flamini was 48 when she entered the cave in November 2021, using GoPros to document her experience.
She was monitored by a team of psychologists, scientists, and cave specialists for the experiment, where she spent her time reading, knitting, and exercising. Guinness World Records has not yet confirmed if this is the longest time someone has voluntarily spent living in a cave.

Mr Christys said King Charles has been doing things that he believes are 'ridiculously woke and needless'.
