Police have issued a Section 60 dispersal order following the fracas
Mobile phone footage shows the moment balaclava-wearing armed bikers terrorise a busy market. As horrified shoppers look on, the four bikers brandish a baseball bat and a pair of bolt cutters as they speed around the stalls.
Police have since launched an investigation, and a Section 60 dispersal order is currently in place until 3.40pm today, with police stepping up patrols in the area over the weekend. They appear to be carrying a bat and pair of bolt cutters. As horrified shoppers watch on they ride around the market stalls yelling abuse.
